Supporting Documents

Once you have submitted your application form, please gather the following documentation:

• 2 most recent payslips for each person, or
• if you are self employed, a copy of your current tax return


• if you are a home owner, a copy of your rates notice, or
• if you are renting, a copy of your Tennancy Agreement


• ENLARGED CLEAR Photocopy of your Driver's Licence

Please send them to our office urgently. The faster we get them, the faster you get your money!

Scan and email documents to application@platinumfinanceonline.com.au

or fax them to the fax number below of the state you live in.

and if any part of the loan is for Debt Consolidation of an existing loan or Store/Credit Card, we will require

• the last 3 Months Statements for the Store/Credit Card(s) you wish to consolidate
• the last 6 Months Statements for the loan(s) you wish to consolidate

The statements must clearly show your name and have a running balance. Internet statements are often not good enough.
